Cold Weather Gear Distribution with Council Member Cornegy

On December 30th, Laborers’ Local 1010 LECET collaborated with NYC Council Member, Robert Cornegy, in giving back to the community of the Albany Houses in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Laborers Local 1010 LECET donated over 450 sets of cold weather gear to residents to ensure everyone has hats, gloves, and scarves for this upcoming winter. These efforts were organized in partnered with Council Member Cornegy’s weekly Wellness Wednesday outreach in District 36. The Campaign Against Hunger and MET Council also supplied fresh food to residents.
